Saraswat Bank is inviting applications from the Indian citizens for the posts of Clerk (Marketing & Operations) Grade – B. Saraswat Bank, the premier and largest among the 1725 Urban Co-operative Bank in India has a network of 222 fully computerised branches o­n CBS platform located in six states i.e. Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and New Delhi. The total business of the Bank has crossed Rs.29,000 crore as o­n 30/09/2011 with zero percent net NPA. Recently, the Bank has been granted a pan-India area of operation from RBI. The Bank which employs over 3330 staff is now poised to expand o­n All India Basis and will be opening branches in the Metropolitan Cities, State Capitals and Mega Cities.

Vacancy for the post of Clerk (Marketing & Operations) Grade – B

Post: - Clerk (Marketing & Operations) Grade – B
Vacancy: - 1000 Posts
Salary: - Rs. Rs.9,500/-p.m.
Age Limit : Below 27 years as on 31st October 2011.
Qualification: Candidates with First Class in B.Com. from a University.

Clerk Vacancies in following regions
Mumbai Branch : 400 Vacancies
Thane Branch : 300 Vacancies
Pune Branch : 300 Vacancies

Educational qualifications: -

Candidates who completed B.com from recognized university with minimum first class marks.

How to apply: -

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply o­nline within seven days, through Bank’s website www.saraswatbank.com after carefully going through the instructions contained in this advertisement.

Procedure to apply: -

Eligible candidates have to apply o­nline through the Bank’s website and no other means/ mode of application is acceptable.Before registering their applications o­n the website, candidates should possess the following:

A valid email id for filling in the application. In case the candidate does not have a valid email id, he/ she can create a new email id. This email id should be valid for the duration of the recruitment process.

Two copies of a recent passport size photograph for pasting o­n the system generated printout of the application and o­n the call letter.

Valid proof of identity such as College Identity Card/ Pan card / Passport/ Voter ID card/ Driving license/ Permanent Identity card issued by the present employer or any other valid proof of identification with a photograph.

After applying o­nline, the candidate is required to download the system generated printout of the application. The system generated printout of the application should be signed by the candidate and sent by 31st October, 2011 along with:

SelfattestedCopiesof: -
(a)
Certificatespertainingtoage and educational qualifications.
(b)Residence proof such as ration card, latest electricity bill, latest telephone bill, passport, etc.
(c)Photograph pasted in the given place and signed across.
(d)Salary slips of latest three months, Form No. 16, Copies of appointment letters, promotion letters.

The computer generated printout of the application along with the documents mentioned above should be sent by ordinary post o­nLY in a closed envelope superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF OFFICERS/MANAGERS/BRANCH MANAGERS” (MARKETING & OPERATIONS), at the following address:
