About the Bank -:

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank of India is inviting applications from the Indian citizens for the posts of Clerk. Bank has its head-quartered in Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu. It is colloquially referred to as TMB. The bank was registered on 11 May 1921 as Nadar Bank Limited under the Indian Companies Act; 1913. It was founded by members of Nadar Mahajana Sangam in 1921. The bank was opened to the public by T.V.Balagurusamy Nadar on 11 November 1921 in Ana Mavanna Building at South Raja Street, Tuticorin The bank at present has 245 branches spread all over India.

Educational Qualification: -

1. A Graduate Degree (Arts & Science) other than engineering category with 50% marks in regular course with knowledge in Computer Operations. OR

2. A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University in regular course with knowledge in Computer Operations. OR

3. An Engineering Graduate with 55% marks from a recognized University in regular course with knowledge in Computer Operations.

Selection Process /Paper Pattern: -
The selection process is written test/personal interview basis.

**Age Limit (as on Sep 30, 2011): Maximum 24 years For Graduate Candidates & 26 years For Post Graduate Candidates. **
