Axis Bank Sales Manager Recruitment 2011-12 :
Axis Bank was the first of the new private banks to have begun operations in 1994, after the Government of India allowed new private banks to be established. The Bank was promoted jointly by the Administrator of the specified undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (UTI - I), Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC) and other four PSU insurance companies, i.e. National Insurance Company Ltd., The New India Assurance Company Ltd., The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and United India Insurance Company Ltd.

Job Location : Allahabad, Jhansi and Lucknow.

Type : Full Time.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a X Standard, XII Standard, Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Law , Master of Art , Master of Commerce or Master of Computer Application/Computer Science in any field.
Experience : 4 Years of working experience in the related field. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Note : 1. expeirence in the field of Mortgages primarily, should have had worked for all kinds of Loans in vehicles and property, LAP etc.
2. Sales Manager -- All Products (Sales Profile)
3. This would be an individual role and no team would be there.
4. Reporting in the structure would be either to the Asset Sales Center Head / Retail Assets Center Head... depending on the organizational structure / location's requirement.
5. Similarly for Credit Operations Profile the locations are Bareilly / Gwalior... and the reporting structure would remain the same as in the earlier one.
