COMEDK UGET Admission Procedure

It is the entrance exam for different medical, dental and engineering course under graduate streams called COMEDK UGET , for students seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and BE. The entrance exam is being conducted for students and selection will be done o merit basis and for COMEDK member institutions only.

B. Arch - Bachelor of Architecture

Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) conducts COMED-K Undergraduate Entrance Test, (COMED-K UGET) in the state of Karnataka. The entrance test is conducted for admission into various undergraduate courses in the field of medical science, dental science and engineering - MBBS, BDS and BE. The test is conducted only COMEDK member institutions only.

Eligibility criterion

The eligibility criterion for various courses is as follows:

MBBS
The students must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum of 50% marks in the subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics with English as a compulsory subject in their academics.

BDS
The students must have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% marks with the subjects physics, chemistry and biology subject in their academics.

B.E
The candidate need to have passed their 10+2 Examination or equivalent examination with 45% marks in the subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics (along with Biotechnology or Computer Science or Biology or Electronics as optional subjects in place of Chemistry) with English as a compulsory subject in their academics . In case of SC/ST candidate the marks should not be less than 40%.
