UGC-NET Objective Mode June 2012 :- UGC NET Exam will be exclusively conducted as objective mode with no negative marking in June 2012. The exam will be divided in three papers. All these papers will be only objective type questions. The questions will be held on the day of Examination in two separate sessions as given below.

The candidates are required to obtain minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III Those candidates who obtain the minimum required marks in each Paper, separately, as mentioned above, will be considered for final preparation of result.

The final qualifying criteria for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for Lectureship shall be decided by UGC before declaration of result.
1. The syllabus of Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III will remain the same.
2. The candidates will be allowed to carry the carbon printout of OMR Response Sheets with them on conclusion of the examination.
3. There will be no negative marking.
