IBPS Exam Tips

CWE is common written exam conducted by IBPS. There are some does and don’t which the candidate must keep in mind before, during and after the exam. This article will provide you information about important things which you must know if you are appearing for IBPS this year. Document Required

The list of documents required by examination authorities are –

• Call letter along with your photograph. The photograph must attach with the letter on the space provided.
• Original payment receipt. Candidates who are using online payment option can deposit a copy of their online receipt.
• One identity proof- the ID proof may include passport, PAN card, driving license, Voter ID etc. The candidate must have original and one Xerox copy of his/her ID proof.

 
NOTE- If the above documents are not submitted during the exam time, then the candidate will not be allowed to take the test.

Where to do calculation and rough work

The candidate has to do all the calculation and related rough work on the book late only. Candidate must not use any other material or answer sheet to do any rough calculations. Doing calculation on answer sheet is strictly prohibited.

3 Types of Payment Receipts

There are three types of payment receipt cash payment receipt, CBS Challan and E-payment receipt. Candidates have to show the original payment receipt before the exam time. If you lost your payment receipt you can get the duplicate payment receipt. The method of getting the duplicate payment receipt will be mentioned in the official website of IBPS.

Reach ½ hr before the exam
 Candidates must reach ½ hr before to the exam center. Candidate reaching late due to any reason will not be permitted to take the exam.

CUT-OFF marks

There are a minimum number of marks known as CUT-OFF marks which the candidates have to score to qualify the exam. Cut-off marks have to be scored in each test. If the candidate is unable to get the minimum cut-off marks then score card will not be sent to his postal address and he/she will not be eligible for selection.

The criterion of cut off marks is determined by the IBPS examination board after evaluating the performance of all the candidate appeared in the exam and available number of vacancies.
